RegWatchEurope has today sent its opinion to the EU Commission on its communication on long term competitiveness. The opinion focuses on the section on an enhanced regulatory framework and contains reflections on the new competitiveness check, a methodology for assessing cumulative impacts, the “one in, one out” principle, reporting burden reduction, review clauses, transposition of EU legislation in Member States and key performance indicators.
